Today’s episode of ‘sewing in the dark’

Is brought to you from the car. As I forgot it’s bloody elf day tomorrow, and girl elf needed the ends sewn in her skirt and hat.

Is not really my strong point!

Well, any sewing isn’t really my strong point really… just hoping…

Or holiday, whatever it is you celebrate. It’s a few days of work either way!

I am crocheting hefelumps, before retrieving my kids from the park.

So.. I wanted a little tree for my desk at work. After a bit of searching, I found the pattern for Penny the Pine Tree.

I added some ‘tinsel’ – sparkly yarn (crochet chain) and some ‘baubles’ – needle deleted balls (if you’ve been reading – that’s what they were for!)

I’m quite happy with how it turned out, I’m sure it’ll make my desk look Christmassy!
